Had a fairly nice stay on vacation. The staff were gentle and outstandingly accommodating, ready to any request. The location was central, near to good restaurants and so much nearby to explore, the Medina, and all the different sights in the Medina. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby

We stayed for 4 nights and it couldn't be more pleasent. The location is perfect if you want to stay inside the Medina and "lost" yourself in the middle of the action. Besides all the noise around the city, everything goes quiet when you enter the Riad. The staff is really friendly and attentive, the accomodation is confortable, clean and cozy. 4 days to remember.

After the adventure of the arrival in this exotic location, through the myriad of pathways, one is delivered safely to a haven behind No. 17. The mayhem of the streets disappears and the exquisite inner beauty of the Hidden Riad enfolds you. We were welcomed by Mohammed, a warm and charming host. Hot mint tea was served immediately, delicious, this was offered generously during our wonderful stay. Mohammed and Salma (the elegant owner) were not only incredibly hospitable but their personalities a sheer delight. The decor of the Hidden Riad was beautifully put together. It was a delight to arise and have breakfast in the rooftop garden.

Staff we're very helpful and attentive to our needs. Location was great and as a group of women traveling (not to mention all the horror stories we heard beforehand) we felt safe even though at times there would be just the two of us coming back to the riad late at night. The excursions arranged were also good... Breakfast was standard. They made us feel at home
We found not having the main mangers around early in the morning quite strange as if we wanted to discuss our day or plan anything we would either have to wait until he was at the riad or be back at the riad in the. Evening in order to discuss. However the 2 guys that were at the riad at all times were very very very helpful and attended to our needs the.best way they could

We arrived at the Riad Hidden in temperatures of 120 F - hot and exhausted and it was like walking into an oasis in the desert! We were immediately offered some tea and after a pleasant chat were shown to our room. There was a peaceful serenity about it, and was a perfect refuge from the chaos outside which is Marrakesh. Everything about the Riad was lovely, the room was good, beautifully decorated and clean, the bathroom was lovely too and most of all the people were so kind and obliging, nothing seemed too much trouble.I would score this as fantastic value for money, at least 9 out of 10 for its type and would strongly recommend this.

The ambiance was heavenly, with a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were well-mannered, caring, and friendly. The Riad was beautifully decorated and had a quiet interior. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The service was excellent and the chandeliers and garden were amazing. The terrace provided a great spot for breakfast and sunset viewing. Ikram, the staff member, was awesome and provided excellent assistance.
Everything is what I need and want.

The name is well chosen: you would never image a heaven like this behind that simple door... The quiet and mauro-andalusian atmosphere together with the authentic and friendly staff make this riad a perfect choice for your marrakech stopover... recommendation!
It's hard to find something for this category: maybe that the ventilation of the room was not perfect.
